Feedback & Testimonials

Here are just a few of the testimonials I’ve received.

“Amy’s work with our team completely set the tone for our season. She provided invaluable skill specific and position specific coaching points for all positions on the field.

In addition to her lacrosse expertise, Amy ran a collaborative workshop that was geared around leadership and valuing all roles on the team. By the end of her visit, the team was more cohesive, more equipped to improve and more motivated to achieve.”

National Championship Coach

Women’s Lacrosse

Our family navigated one round of Women’s Collegiate Lacrosse recruiting successfully, but as we embarked on the process with our 2nd daughter, we sensed some challenges. Upon hearing of Amy ‘s new consulting practice, we jumped at the chance to leverage her [30] years of experience in the sport, and her relationships with current coaching staff.

She was able to obtain information at decision critical times, keeping our daughter’s process on track and appropriately focused. Our daughter successfully committed to her first choice program. Knowing Amy was a text, phone call, or email away was comforting. She earned her fee and I highly recommend her.”

I was directly involved in the coaching of the great game of women’s lacrosse at all levels, for over 40 years. There are few coaches who have the understanding, as well as the ability, to teach the game from both a skill and tactical perspective than Coach Patton.  Another area of importance for any college coach is the ability to recruit.

Amy’s understanding of the recruiting process, her ability to assess a player’s level of play, and her personal knowledge of lacrosse programs across the country are invaluable resources.  The college recruiting process can be both confusing and at times, overwhelming.  I could not recommend a better “guide” for this journey, than Coach Patton.”

“I wanted to follow up and let you know that we have received really positive feedback following your event.

We spoke to a lot of our recruits from the event, and it is great to see how much they enjoyed it, and how much they took away from each session. Thank you for running such a great event, and for including us in it.

On behalf of our family, I wanted to extend a very sincere thank you for your terrific advice regarding the lacrosse recruiting process. When our journey began with you 18 months ago, we knew that we needed help in navigating what can be a complicated and confusing process. What we didn’t know is how much we would come to value your insight, your relationships, and your advice.

You were always incredibly honest and candid in your feedback. Your experience as the head coach of a successful DI program and your deep knowledge of lacrosse allows you to quickly analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your clients. Your assessments were always delivered with very specific suggestions as to what our daughter needed to work on in order to improve.

You also provided a very realistic view as to which schools would be a good fit from a lacrosse perspective but as importantly from an academic and personality perspective. Your strong relationships with college coaches enabled you to solicit timely feedback which helped guide us along the way.

And most importantly, you took a genuine interest in helping our daughter achieve her goal of playing lacrosse at a high academic college. You were always available to answer questions. And most importantly, you provided our daughter with the tools and the knowledge to help her evaluate her options as she got to the short strokes of the recruiting process.
